Again, if the credit card company makes money off of the interest rate, why would they give anyone 0%? If your rate is 0%, how do they charge you for using their service?
Also, why would a bank call me about a card I do not have with them?
The important part, is when the actual human answers the line, they do not mentinon the name of the bank that is in the original lure. They are waiting for you to say the name. They will structure their answers to get you to say the name of the bank.
