Calling about my discover card that I do not have.
The gentleman was not happy when I pointed this out to him.
In regards to this lure:
No credit card company is going to offer you a 0% interest rate for the card's lifetime. How would Discover make any money off of me? There would be no interest, and no annual fee, so no money for Discover to make. Does not sound like a legitimate offer.
