Calling from the debt elimination department from Visa and Mastercard. My eligibility due to the pandemic, has enabled for my complete elimination of debt under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.

This was a great call. It has a lot of markers to watch out for.
#1. Visa and MasterCard are competing companies. There is a very very slim chance that someone is calling from any department representing both companies. This is a red flag.
#2. "pandemic", "eligibility ... my elimination", "debt" - All words used to capture your attention.
#3. Fair Credit Reporting Act - has nothing to do with debt elimination. It ensures the accuracy, fairness, and privacy in credit reporting for the consumer by the credit reporting agencies.
