DIscover called me. I have not been paying attention to them apparently. They tell me, that they have tried repeatedly to reach out to me about lowering my rates. WTF?
1. Don't have discover card.
2. When would any CC company want to lower your rate? That means they charge you less.
I do love how the original robot tells you it is Discover, but then the call center person can do any card all of a sudden.
