The Caller ID came up as "John Mc Namara" which I am sure is not generic sounding at all. I wonder if this is the way robocallers will get around new legislation, policies, etc. Insert some fake name in as the Caller ID, and hope it is generic enough that someone will recognize the name.
The call was for a home security system.
I am sure it is awesome.
Just tell them you are not the homeowner, and the call stops.
