"My name is Melody, and I am a robot", is what the voice should have said.

Instead it was: "My name is Melody, and I would like to confirm some information from you, so that we can send it to the local agents in your area, and et you discounts on your car insurance."

Melody asked me all sorts of information about my car insurance, while sneaking in some identity questions here and there.
1. What is your date of birth?
2. What is your address?
3. How long have you been at that address?
etc. etc. etc.

Now, when I try and call them back, they send me straight to the voice mail.

Just for the record Melody, you shoudl not use any of the information I gave you.
It was all caca.
