fake credit card offer. They ask you for your name, expiration date, and the number on the card. They default to Visa if you do not tell them what you have. They claim to be calling from Visa Card Services, as they are the ones that issue the card, not your bank. (snicker)
Total scam. I flat out asked the guy, how many people fall for this, and he let me know that a lot do everyday. No wonder we have a problem in the US. People freely give their information away.
If you can the number back, you get the, this is not a working number.
